Most products include a 6-month limited warranty against Manufacturing defects under normal use.. Fullcart member orders include a 1-year limited warranty for covered defects.

Normal wear, accidental damage, and unauthorized modifications are excluded.

Warranty coverage applies only to purchases from authorized sellers, including the official store, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Purchases from unauthorized resellers or resale marketplaces are not eligible.

To start a warranty review, open the order in your account, choose the product-quality reason, and add photos with a short description of the issue. Our support team will review the request and confirm the outcome.
